Required skills and experience: 

  • Significant experience providing executive level administrative support within a corporate environment, including the ability to anticipate needs and demonstrate initiative.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
    Significant organisational skills to manage priorities within strict timeframes and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Proven experience dealing with highly sensitive and strictly confidential matters, and the ability to demonstrate diplomacy and discretion, ensuring the highest level of confidentiality is maintained.
  • High level of attention to detail and written communication skills with the ability to prepare, proof and contribute to a range of corporate documents and correspondence.
  • Advanced computer and typing skills with experience using corporate computer systems and programs, including Authority/Civica, Microsoft Suite of Software, Adobe Acrobat.
