Privacy statement
The Department of Tourism, Innovation and Sport (department) manages personal information in accordance with the Information Privacy Act 2009 (Qld). The department is collecting personal information such as your name or your child’s name, phone number, email, signature, and other personal information collected in this enquiry form as part of managing your enquiry or booking. The personal information collected may be used by the department for the purpose of administering your request and the booking and providing any services associated with the booking, including to communicate with you.
Dependant on the email service provider you use, when the department communicates with you, this may result in the personal information provided being transferred overseas. By providing your email address to the department, you consent to this transfer.
The department may use the personal information collected to contact you to invite you to provide feedback regarding your experience at the Sunshine Coast Recreation Precinct.
