CONDITIONS
1. Entry is open to all artists of any age.
2. Up to three (3) artworks may be entered per artist.
3. The work must be created from life, with the subject having at least one live sitting with the artist.
4. Artwork must be clearly labelled on the back with artist’s name, phone number and title of work, and price if applicable.
5. Canvases and framed works must arrive ready to hang with D-rings on the back. If you required clarification please contact LMAG staff.
6. If artwork is not on a canvas or frame e.g. video, 3D works and sculptures, please contact LMAG staff to discuss display requirements.
7. Entry form and artwork must be delivered to 27-33 Chelmsford Pl, Leeton no later 2pm Monday 12th September.
8. Artworks may be for sale. Artists will handle and be responsible for all their own sales and shipping. There will be no gallery commission. The Curator will pass on details of interested buyers to the artists.
9. Artists agree to their entry being reproduced by print and electronic media in advertising and promotion of the exhibition and promoting LMAG. Artists will be acknowledged appropriately if their work is selected for this type of promotion. Reproduction will not be used directly for any financial gain.
10. Artwork must be original works created by the artist and must not have been previously exhibited at Leeton Museum and Gallery.
11. Due to curatorial constraints and discretion all artworks submitted may not be included in the exhibition. Gallery staff reserve the right to omit submitted works from the exhibition.
